Service Description
An intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. One boot camp workout might stress body weight exercises (calisthenics) while another stresses military-style drills. In most cases, you can expect to do calisthenics — such as pullups, pushups, squats, lunges and crunches — as well as drills and sprints. Some include specific resistance or strength training workouts.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a strict cancellation policy as sessions are very popular. You must cancel your booking online no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelling sessions less than 48 hours before the session does not entitle you to a refund or allow the payment to be rolled over to future bookings. These sessions cannot be rolled over the future bookings. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the session can be rolled over to future bookings with prior arrangement. Please respect this and have consideration for other members so they can book into spaces. We understand that things pop up in everyday life that can suddenly change your plans, but please cancel your booking as soon as you know you are unable to make it.
